About the position
Bring your online live casino or land-based casino experience to Willow Oak’s Cebu studio and lead a team as a supervisor.
Compensation & benefits
- Monthly salary: 2,125 USD + performance, attendance, and extra-language bonuses + meal allowance
- Relocation: annual 1,000 USD flight allowance
- Housing: studio-type housing in Cebu City provided
- Health: medical insurance once your visa is issued
- Schedule: 5-day work week
- Annual leave: 15 days
- Performance bonus: 200 USD
- Attendance bonus: 100 USD
- Extra-language bonus: 150 USD (English is expected for supervisors; paid for additional languages beyond it)
- Visa: costs fully covered after one year of employment
What you’ll do
- Manage the game presenter team and oversee shift operations
- Monitor game quality and compliance with procedures
- Train new team members and coach on the floor
Requirements
- Native or advanced Korean; working English required
- Experience in live casino or operations management preferred
